Appointment & Class Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice
  • For regular appointments: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • For group bookings or appointments exceeding two hours, we require 48 hours notice.
  1. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
  • For classes, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total fee.
  • If you provide 12 hours or less notice or fail to show up without contacting us (“No-Show”), you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
  1. Exceptions
    We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances.

Booking:

When booking a service, there must be a debit/credit

card on file to secure your booking.

Late Arrival/No Show:

If you are running late for an appointment, we ask that you call/text to let us know. We allow a 10 min grace period, if more than 10 min late the appointment will be canceled and/or rescheduled. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit *if given* or be charged 100% of the service scheduled with the card on file.

Children Policy:

We ask that no children or extra guests be brought to your appointment because it distracts your artist. Please plan accordingly.

Cell Phone Policy:

We ask that cell phones be turned off or on silent during the session. If you are receiving a lash application/lift, we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete. We understand emergencies can occur though if you are overly asked to answer your phone after we have warned you from doing so, we will politely end the service and reserve the right to charge the full price of the service.



Lash Fill Policies:

We strongly suggest pre-booking any fills after your service before leaving the salon to ensure you can get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for retention loss/grown-out lashes. If more than 50% of your lash extensions are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes. To keep your lashes looking full and fresh it is ideal to come every 2-3 weeks for fills. We do offer a “touch-up” no more than 7 days after a full set if need be. After 4 weeks it will be considered at a full set. Depending on your lash maintenance & after a certain amount of refills, we may suggest removing and applying a new full set.
