We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice
For regular appointments: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
For group bookings or appointments exceeding two hours, we require 48 hours notice.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
For classes, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total fee.
If you provide 12 hours or less notice or fail to show up without contacting us (“No-Show”), you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances.
